How does the 'Auto Recurring Tweets' feature work?
The Auto Recurring Tweets feature allows you to create and schedule Tweets to post to your Twitter account indefinitely, until you delete them! Use recurring Tweets to share interesting content to engage your followers, ie your tips, blogs, quotes etc. Content that is too valuable to share just once.
Is EtsySocial free?

Where do I subscribe to your service?
You can subscribe by clicking Sign up in the menu and at any time during or after your free trial, you can sign up by clicking the 'SUBSCRIBE' button in your EtsySocial dashboard.

Who processes the payments?
Paypal is our payment gateway. We do not collect credit card information. The business name that will show up on your receipt is DoGooderz.
I have more than one shop.
Each EtsySocial subscription is for one Etsy shop. You are free, however, to open multiple EtsySocial accounts.
I want to change the shop associated with my EtsySocial subscription.

How do I update/change the my listing that are being Tweeted?
The listings being Tweeted for your shop are in your EtsySocial dashboard. They are listings that you added when you set up your profile and they can be changed at anytime. Please follow the steps below:
1. log into EtsySocial: https://etsysocial.com/etsysocial/login
2. click the "Profile" tab. Then scroll down until you see your listings
3. highlight the old url for a listing you want to change and paste the new url to replace it. Get the urls from your Etsy shop. For the urls you only need upto the "?" although you can copy/past all the characters and it will still work.
Please Note: if you use a product url with your shop name in it that will block Etsy from showing other shop's products on your product page which they do at the top and/or bottom of the listing page.

4. Click the 'OK' button to save
We find that it is easiest to first past the urls and save. Then go back and paste the shop name into each. It goes very quickly that way.
What if I want to leave/cancel the service.
You can cancel at any time. The first thing to do is stop payment via PayPal. The easiest way to do this is to log into your Paypal account and on the account overview click on ‘payments sent’. Find a payment to DoGooderz and click the ‘details’ link. From there you will have the option to click ‘Cancel’ or ‘manage my recurring payments’. Either way you will be able to stop further payment.
What if I want a refund?
Refunds will be prorated and issued via Paypal. However, it is important to note:
IF YOU ARE REFUNDED DUE TO CANCELLING THE SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN UP AND USE THE SERVICE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. .

Please make sure that you have added the full url to your Instragram account. It should look like https://instagram.com/youracct
Why isn't the link to my Facebook page working?
Please make sure that you have added the full url to your Facebook page starting with the https://www.facebook.com/
